Infinity qx56 2013

My doors on my 2013 qx56 infinity  are
locked my key fob won't unlock my door I
replaced the battery it still wont work or the
mechanical key wont work either what could
be the problem

Maybe the key fob needs to be reprogrammed/reset? What does your owner's manual instruct you to do?

Battery. This car uses Batteries more frequently than others. Change the car Battery.
