My new Honda CRV 2013 has an intermittent hissing sound that comes from the AC. It has had this problem since day 1, but Honda refuses to do anything about it because they say that the car is functioning normally. The hiss is intermittent, occurring about once every 15 to 30 seconds, possibly whenever the compressor comes on. It can be quiet some times and louder at others, but I can clearly hear it even if I have the radio is on. I tried other new CRVs at the dealership and I didn't hear this noise. Any thoughts?

1999 Honda CR-V will not start. I changed the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator along with the fuel filter and the main relay but the vehicle still will not start. The distributor along with the coil was replaced about two months ago, spark is ok. Sometimes the vehicle start for a few second but the engine stalls as if the timming is off but the timing is ok, also sometimes it back fires and when it does the vacuum hose that is connected to the fuel pressure regulator comes off from the regulator. I check the injectors and they are getting power. I disconnected the exhaust thinking of the catalytic but still no start. Could it be the computer? Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks 8 Answers

Presently, i live in Nigeria, a country in West Africa. Not quite long i orderd 4 Honda CRV 2009 Model 4rum the US. And on its arrival here in my country, i had to send my younger brother 2 bring it 2 my residence which is about 48 hours journey 4rum the clearing or sea port 2 my town. But unknowingly to me, how roughly he must hav used or drove the car while bringing it. Thus, on the following day, the car couldn't start again as a result of battery down, so i had 2 change d battery. But after doing dat, i found out dat the radio culdnt work again and is requesting 4 radio code. Unlocking my 2009 Honda CRV radio system.

I have a Honda crv VTEC ex 06 plate,great car but get a knocking noise front end at slow speed,here is the good bit,,,took it to my local Honda dealer paid £60 for them to look at it then they suggested anti roll bar bushes,paid nearly £400 to get them done and problem not cured my local Honda dealer said I had to pay another £60 for them to look at it again.does any one know what the actual problem is? 1 Answer
