My son was driving home from work stop at
light it died wont start or turn over has new
starter battery good all lights and everything
in side work  when try and start tou hear
clicking  and it has oil and antifreeze  all
fluids are good .has my motor locked up

May need to check the power wires and connect at battery and also starter. May need to check main fuse as well or the starter fuse. If you say it has a "new" starter them I would imagine someone installed it and it's possible that something was not proper or an issue was created. Before assuming an engine is bad just check all connections. Also, an engine can be turned with a wrench on the crank.
