Car very sluggish and stalling

From day one my car has
stalled out after filling it
up with gas I recently got
an oil change and
noticed that my car runs
horribly when I started it
sputters and wants to
stall out it is also feels
like it's going to stall out
and is not getting gas at
red lights when I start to
accelerate

I would scan for codes. Possible EVAP system problems.
