I have just bought a Chevy Cruze 2010 2.0 litre diesel, 33,000 miles on the
clock, twice now whilst sat at the lights in idle the engine management light
has come on and cut the engine & will not start again for twenty minutes or
so, Any ideas ??????
Hook up an OBD scanner and pull the codes! Most auto parts shops can do this for free.

I had that happen on my 2011 Cruze, I did as above mentioned and scanned and pulled the code. I had a bad cam sensor.
