Why My car wants to turn off during a long time with a/c on?

Hi everyone, i have i accent 1996 and when
im driving it during a long time in a very hot
day, it wants to turn off , it starts to shake a
lot when i press the Gas and it almost turn
off, why is this happening?

But i change it like 1 year ago, i buy it from pep boys, do you think that i still have to change it?
