I have a 2000 Elantra and it Idels really high then low and keeps doing it, and now it sputters so bad i am afraid to drive it to a mechanic, just started a couple of days ago, all my fluids are fine.

Sounds your idle air control valve is either dirty or faulty. Clean or replace it. Also clean throttle plate.
