I have a 2002 Santa Fe Hyundai and I changed the brake pads on the front wheels and I bled it out and the shifter won't release

gear shifter? turn on key and push brake peddle.! caliber wont release brake shoes? hammer on caliber, jar them loose turn rotor ,should be little tight rubbing pads
