What does it mean U-00009

Dear Sirs,
As i mentioned below my car has some difficulty in the starting engine, when i tried to the test tool machine it replied U-00009, therefore i kindly request you what does it mean U-00009. Your fast reply would be highly appricated.

http://www.datsc.com/tabid/122/OBD-Error-Code/U0009/Diagnostics/Hyundai/Default.aspx ....says a 'short in power distribution bus" which does not tell us much, But if you go to http://www.datsc.com/tabid/123/Diagnostics/Hyundai/Default.aspx and sort through all the codes and find it, it will give you details. Problem is the are in random order, no way to find except looking through and there are hundreds of them. Even "U"

Yeah Tom I just went with U0009 figuring it was a typo. Even then I couldn't find much, but all those codes are all mixed up, no order to them
