battery good but won't start

Rented a 2010 Chevy Cobalt yesterday it
was driving and cranking with no problem.
This morning try to crank it. It clicks and
won't start everything lights up good radio
plays, horn honk, but won't start. What is it

Same exact issue though mine has sat for a good amount of time....everything is fine on inside everything comes on but engine only clicks and doesn’t turn over....

Your battery + terminals could be corroded. Brush it with wire brush or scraper and add petroleum jelly to the + terminal

It's rented? Sounds like its not your problem then. Call the rental agency and tell them to come and pick it up and drop off one that runs.
