Heated/cooled seat not working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just got a 2010 MKZ and the driver's seat won't heat/cool.  Checking fuses
looks good (and I believe both seats are covered by same fuse anyway).   Any
ideas what I can do to rectify this?

Check your connections to the heat/cool module. If that doesn’t fix the issue, you may need to replace the module.

My 2016 mkz is acting weird as well.. when I switch on the ventilated seats.. the seats cool up at the same time the back rest heats up.
