I have a 2013 mkz, and since the dealer had to replace all of door latches due to recall, my intelligent access will not work..what is the problem?

It almost sounds like the dealership left something unplugged. I would take it back to the dealership.

We have a white 2014 MKZ 3.7 AWD and love it. No problems yet.

Thank You, I called them and ask if they had to unhook anything to replace the latches, and they said no, that had nothing to do with the latches! Could it be the battery in my key fob??

They just might be correct. Wouldn't hurt to try a new battery in the FOB. Have you tried your extra key FOB?

took it back to dealer and YES, (even though they told me yesterday, they didn't have to disconnect anything) A CABLE HAD NOT BEEN RECONNECTED!!!!!!! working great now...Thank You :) :)
