my volkswagon cc 2009 my car is leaking gas some where i can not smell it nor see it on the ground what could be going on

my gas level went from 80 miles to refuel to 75 miles and had not pulled off the gas station lot yet

Idling the car uses gas and reduces your estimated range.

Or you have one of those vehicles from VW that is programmed to do this so they get to work on it more...I don't care for VW's since the issues with emissions came out, wouldn't put it past them to program in something like this. Sell it IF you can. Otherwise F.o.R. has a good point...
