All gueers are like neutral and makes buzzing sound

My 1999 Honda Accord st4arted making
a buzzing sound then my car would not
move. All gueers were like they were in
neueral. Trans  M Fluids is good. Trans
Missions was rebuilt 4 years.

Buzzing indicates an internal problem such as an internal leak or damage to planetary gears, or even a bad bearing.
