My daughter Pontiac G6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Her car a fuel smell towards the back of the car. I dropped the fuel tank but wasn't able to
get it completely out as it seemed i would have to remove the exhaust as well. Is this
something I should continue to attempt to repair myself or have a shop fix it. The check
engine light came on as well

After reading several other tips from your posts I decided to go at it on my own and was able to replace the fuel pump for $300.00 on my own.
