How much do I have to pay for 2003 Accord coupe with 167,000 miles?

even though honda makes a good reliable product, that price is horrible, but alot of hondas sell high because of the name alone. same with toyota. If you want something just as sporty, check out older volvos. You can get older s60 and s80s or any 850 T5's for half the price with lower mileage....and these have turbos and twin turbochargers and are loaded with leather seats, nice surround sound systems, etc. etc.
