can anyone tell me where the latch lock release is from the inside, lock has locked itself shut , the button or the key won't unlock it

is your battery old....an insufficient voltage can make the electronics go wacko....probably is time for a new battery...clean the cable connection to the frame with a wirebrush and you troubles will go away....need good communication with your BCM (body control module)~
