1999 Ford Expedition 5.4 v8 the motor will not get hot after running you can put your hand on the engine and its not hot and no heat inside we have change the thermostat and did a system flush

i know this may be a dumb answer but check your antifreeze level and air in the lines air bubbles cause no heat and check the tempeture sensor

I agree. You may have air in the system. Go to advance or autozone and they sell an air bleed system for the cooling system. If this doesn't work the fins are probably gone on the inside of the water pump. That's what they do - no heat but the vehicle won't overheat.
