Changed water pump and timing belt now it runs good but won't idle right its to low

I’m assuming you had battery disconnected during this work? If so it might take some time to relearn the idle. Are you sure your timing marks are at the correct spot? Did you manually rotate engine after installing belt to make sure of timing marks and that it did not jump a tooth from initial tension?
