Have a problem with over heating have replaced water pump, Radiator, and thermostat. Car over heats and now is blowing white smoke out strong

The white smoke could be caused by a cracked head that is allowing coolant into the combustion chambers. Is the engine oil "milky" looking?

Head gasket is blown you need to put some head gasket sealer will solve your problem without spending lots of money. One bottle of Rislone will solve the problem
