Why is my fuel pump still running after ignition is off

I have a 2013 dodge grand caravan an my battery
is always dead so I boost it but I noticed when I
park an shut off my van the fuel pump is still
running an draining my battery.. what can I do to fix
this problem?

I had this issue with a Pontiac 6000 I used to have....never was able to figure it out....it went from every once in a while to every time....have you tried swapping the fuel pump relay and seeing if that solved the issue?
