I have a horn Ford Focus I lost my key to it and it's
got the chip in it I went to a junkyard and got one
out of a 02 Ford Focus ZX3 is what mine is now it
won't start what do I need to do

You need to call a lock smith to come and program the ignition key, or take the vehicle to the dealer to have this done. There is no other option.
