I need to replace a front bumper cover on a 2001 chrysler sebring convertible. What do I do?

I need to remove both a front and rear bumper on a 2001 chrysler sebring convertible. What do I do? Do I need to buy new clips

you should be able to use the old clips if you're careful but new clips are better. I am posting a link to my google drive that has my FSM for the sebrings 01-06 tells you everything, it's great. it's also 55MB and about 3k pages. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BxnHpg8wzx3NQkYzZ3pCcW9Jdms/edit

also. if you don't like the smiling chrysler bumper... you can use the 01-03 dodge stratus bumper. They are the same exact bumper except for the grill insert.
