I'm looking into a 2008 750li with 170,000 miles on it. the price is right and the previous owners seem like they could take care of the car (older woman, lawyer) opinions, worth the risk?

Thank you for your input Tom!! I want to take the car to be inpsected but the nearest bmw place is a pretty good distance from where I live. They are asking $8,000 for the car and it looks really well (with the exception of some minor paint damage ex. Scratches and sun damage) and im already gettin 2 grand knocked off for a trade in on my truck so the price isnt bad at all. I just dont want to hop on it right away and run into problem thats gonna cost me $4,000 (practically what I'm paying for the car) or somewhere around that area. I do know that the 2 front tires do need to be changed soon so thats already I'd say $600+ I know I'm already out of.
