My 2006 BMW 750li shakes in the morning and it blowing white smoke out of the exhaust only in the morning as soon as it warms up that's it but sometimes it shakes if i slam the gas pedal

Then with simply turning on and off it goes
back to normal now I did a spark plug
change and 4 of the spark plugs where full
of oil will this cause this problem need help
I don't want to get ripped off. Thanks

Thanks for the input but I think that's a Lil too much I just need it to know if it was an engine problem or just that the water burns fast in that engine because I fixed the leak and I still have to put water in it that's why I don't put in the coolant yet
Look when I took out the spark plugs they had oil in them and I the shaking stops as soon as I idle the engine a few times when is cold wouldn't this be a valve cover issue
Hey my friend Thanks for your answer I just found out it was the heads the car is not even heating up do u think that blue devil will do the trick permanently have u ever heard of it working.
COULD BE HEAD GHASKET COULD BE LEAKING VALVE STEM SEALS OR BOTH
