2002 ranger lighter won't work

the lighter and 12 volt outlet both won't work. I can only find fuses under the hood none are labeled but all look good, are their more fuses I am missing?

Some things are H A T ,hot at all times , horn ,headlights , and the lighter on some vehicles . There maybe fuses elsewhere , under the dash we go .
