When i push in the clutch while going down the road my rpms wont drop until i come to a complete stop...when at a stop i can give it gas and the rpms drop quickly...what is wrong?

the clutch fluid is not the problem. it has nothing to do with rpm. sounds to me like the idle air control valve or something of that nature.
