The car sometimes misses like it's running
out of Gas, most of the time it's ok, but
going up hills are when you first take off it
acts like out of gas,

Change the fuel filter. You also may have water or a bunch or crud in the tank that is plugging up the fuel intake. Try using a good fuel system cleaner that helps remove water from the fuel system.
