To Bob beaman yes it turns over but don't start unless I spray start fluid in till it runs out

If it runs with starting fluid and stops when the fluid is used up, then you don' have fuel doing to it. Look for a kinked fuel line near the fuel pump. Does it have fuel in the tank?
