My 2003 explorer turns itself off while driving either downhill or uphill! And it start one I turned on the key!

Hi my explorer 2003, turns itself off when I drive
downhill or uphill, and when I turned on the key
again it starts right away! The lights every thing
stays on!  It does not happen every time I drive
downhill or uphill but still is dangerous! Can you
ease help me thanks!

You should have the Idle Air Control Valve checked out, may be not working correctly. Check for vacuum leaks.

Also the EGR system should be checked out, causes stalling along with the AIC. also clean the Mass Air Flow Sensor with MAF spray cleaner, it is in the air intake tube.
