had a remote starter put in when I bought my 2005 ford Taurus in 2006. last year and this year the remote starter works but the check engine light comes on with a "misfire code" I have replaced the coil pack, spark plugs and spark plug wires. Any other suggestions? it only happens in temps below 32 degree. I live in NY

Sit in the car and have someone in the house remotely start the car. Watch what happens as they do it. It would be even better if you would use your cell phone and be able to talk to each other as it is done. This should give you a good idea exactly what is happening.
