I had an issue with the wires to the starter if you pull the top off of the Airbox and pull on the wires as someone turns the key it may start.

Did you find out what the find out what was wrong? Going through no start with lights, radio, etc..all coming on like normal, but not cranking. I just get a single "click" sound on my 2017!

Same issue with 2009 VW Routan, it's a really a Chrysler T&C with a VW logo. After lots of research, I have determined it's the Electronic Throttle Control. I have a new mechanic, because the old one sucked. Took it to the dealership and they robbed me and never fixed the problem. Hoping my new mechanic can put an end to this 2+ year misery!

My 2017 needed starter replaced. Hoping there are no further issues, as they seem to have SO MANY complaints.
