2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Class Reviews SummaryThe Mercedes-Benz G-Class is unique in the automotive world. It combines the glitziness of the Cadillac Escalade, the off-road capability of the Range Rover, and the militaristic aesthetic of the Hummer with typical Mercedes luxury. For 2025, the G-Class gets a refresh highlighted by updated powertrains and tech. Note that specifications cited in this review are for a first drive of models for the U.S. market. While elements such as powertrain specifications are unlikely to change, Canada-specific packaging details for the 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Class have not been finalized as of this writing. Verdict: The new G-Wagen is rougher around the edges than other luxury SUVs, but it still delivers when it comes to off-road capability and creature comforts. | |
