The AT4X trim, designed for off-road driving, boasted premium leather, genuine wood trim, and a microsuede headliner, while the Denali Ultimate offered full-grain leather and open-pore wood, with topographical maps of Mount Denali embossed throughout.

The SuperCab's rear-hinged clamshell doors provided a wide opening, though they required the front doors to be open. The F-250's interior offered ample storage, with numerous cupholders, a massive centre storage bin, and dual glove boxes. The Super Crew model's rear seats folded up to create a large cargo area protected from the elements. Bed steps and grip handles made accessing the truck's bed easier, even for taller individuals.

Ford's Trailer Navigation system optimized routes based on trailer weight and dimensions, avoiding tight turns and low bridges.

The 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 featured GM's Super Cruise, a Level 2 semi-autonomous driving system available on the Denali Ultimate. The Sierra offered up to 14 camera views, a GCW Alert feature, and Trailer Side Blind Zone Alert. GMC Pro Safety included forward collision alert, automatic emergency braking, and lane-keep assist. The Sierra received mostly "Good" crash safety ratings from the IIHS but had a "Marginal" grade in the front-passenger small overlap test and a "Poor" grade for headlights.
