2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE Reviews, Pricing & Specs

Expert review
By their very definition, SUVs are sport/utility vehicles. That perfectly describes the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe midsize crossover.
Once ridiculed and now increasing in popularity at an alarming rate, the SUV coupe, a new vehicle type originated by BMW and copied by others to varying degrees of success, is taking over gated suburban enclaves. From Acura (remember the ZDX?) to Volvo (C40 Recharge coming right up), automakers are trying the concept on for size, and it doesn’t always fit. However, the 2022 Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 Coupe, a low-roofed version of the Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class SUV, is one recipe that works.

What owners say
So far so great. Love the V8. A couple things this luxury performance suv should have built in, not as just an option. Apple car play and remote start on key fob.
April 23, 2026This vehicle was in a major accident previously. It was repaired but there is multiple places of visible damage to the exterior and interior finishes.
March 5, 2026Love this GLE 450. Smooth ride, smooth engine off/on at stop lights, Very roomy. I really want the iPhone charger pad.

August 18, 2023Beautiful Car with designed perfection and performance excellence. The engine sounds amazingly monstrous and the magnanimity of this release has been unmatched.
