2016 Ford Transit Cargo Reviews, Pricing & Specs

What owners say
"Overall, owners are satisfied with the 2016 Ford Transit Cargo, appreciating its reliability, comfort, and driving performance. The spacious interior and good value for the price are often highlighted. However, some drivers dislike features like the brake pedal's distance from the gas pedal and report poor gas mileage for the V6 engine."
I like this vehicle because it's big enough to carry all my tool yet small enough to commute in the city. It has a V6 engine which seems to be better for gas mileage.
May 2, 2025I like the vehicle and think it is a good value. I did my research and comparisons and test drove other brands and felt the Ford Transit cargo was the best, in quality, value, and payload. It also drove the best to me.
July 23, 2020My T250 cargo van drives like a car, is very reliable, and has a comfortable drivers seat.

February 17, 2020This was the year and model I was looking for. It was mechanical sound and no issues. It drove fine and was stable in the win.
November 21, 2022Wry nice vehicle. Very nicely put together interior. Terrible gas mileage for a V6.
August 1, 2022I recently lost my current vehicle in an accident. The transit connect was marked at 29900 and rated a good deal. 2016 LWB with 35000 miles. This was what I was looking for. It has the size, capacity, ecomomical engine. It is a no frills no thrills vehicle which is exactly what I wanted. The main purpose was to convert it into a retirement mini RV . The SWB was a possible but so glad I found one with the LWB
March 9, 2022The ride and comfort is good. What I did not like is how far the brake pedal is from the gas pedal. You literally have to lift your foot up to press on the break
