My fav car ever, so sad they got discontinued

This is my second Xterra. Love this vehicle. It is solidly built. The ride is comfortable and handles very well. Gas mileage is not great, but this vehicle is safe, fun to drive and will last many years.

XT have a devoted following for good reason. Add a 2-in or 3-in lift and you have a contender with any other serious 4-wheel drive vehicle. The Pro4X model has a locking rear differential and skid plates, but the S model or even a well-built X can service the base for a great outdoor machine at a very reasonable price. There are a lot of city queens out there too though, so you do have to read the specs on each. Extremely well balanced with proper length/width ratio for good stability.

I absolutely love my Nissan Xterra Pro 4X. The heated seats are wonderful. Very roomy. The off road lights, fog lights and rear lights are super bright. The vehicle handles excellent and this is by far the best SUV I have owned.

Great value. Features are just enough to make the Xterra do what it was meant to. I had the 2015 Nissan Xterra Pro-4x. The only change I made were the tires. 10 ply works great if you hit the dirt cliffs. This is one of those cars that you keep and drive forever. The back folds down flat which makes it roomy enough to sleep in the back and not a tent. Nissan should be shamed for stopping the production of the XTERRA. Had they continued they would have the corner market for top SUV or 4wd which a lot claim even though when it comes down to it they simply were created for Soccer Moms. With the Xterra I always went out on my own,. Twice the Xterra got me out. Sheriff was not happy to get a hysterical phone call from my neighbor saying I was so supposed to be back hours ago. There just wasnt anywhere I hesitated to go. I always felt 100% safe on the trail alone and rush hour traffic.

I love everything about the model except that it’s a 6 speed.

This vehicle is as good as advertised. i would recommend.

A tank on wheels. To bad they quit making them Now in late 2021 ford will introduce the new bronco with features Xterra had years ago but at a much higher price.

Great simple sturdy. Dog friendly. Easy clean interior
