Great little fun zippy car. Huge inside. Loads of legroom for my 38" inside leg. My 1.3 litre petrol engine does about 48 MPG mainly driving on rural roads. No breakdowns in 3 years since new. Good MP3 stereo and nice, simple layout of dashboard. Digital display in the centre adds a bit of futuristic appeal. Looks cute. Oct 12, 2009

Considering the 1.0 engine, when A/C is off, it's sprinty
and reactive, great brakes with ABS.
It has, by the way, 5 golden star at crash testes, with her
9 airbags.
The handling is good until you drive safely; with the "fast
and furious" style you can lose some grip in the back if you
nail down the brakes and if you are too compliant with the
steer.
Build quality is good, everything it's at its place with no
strange noises; i would not give 5 star to it though..
I love this car's appearance, when i park near a glass wall,
i see her nice face mirrored and i love it.
The mileage is very good with a declared 20km per liter on
highways. I remeber the first time i put the gas on it: 30
euros was enough to half-fill the tank, and do more than
350 km.
When the gas range says you have 0 kilometers left to do
with the gas left, you can still walk a LONG way before the
R appears, and this is a GOOD thing lol.
About the driving fun, considering it's just a 1.0, it can be
very funny indeed, reactive and sprinty as soon as you
put the pedal down..
About the reliability, it's a Toyota, what more do i have to
say?
Last but not list, she has a GREAT sound.Sep 17, 2009

Awesome little city car.
Zippy, solid, stylish, crazy cheap on gas, and unique.
I find my Yaris to be very easy to drive. The electric steering is silky smooth. Lane changes are effortless.
It jumps into passing gear with ease when you put your foot down. Best of all is how short it is. I can parallel park in the tinyiest spaces. Really short turning circle too(Quick U-turns0. Really roomy inside for such a small car too. Great value and time tested Toyota quality. Dec 14, 2008

Very comfortable for town, large interior space, very manoeuvre, stable, have a lot of contemporary systems, 9 airbags, low fuel consumption, the brakes are...amazing! Very easy for driving, steering-wheel is so gratifying. It has a great design, i've put a spoiler and that's why has a sport vision. Stable on the turns and on bad roads- like ice, mud and rain.
