Easy to maintain.
Getz Is a great car in preimum hatchback class.
Stylized exteriors, looks great during fall due to its rebellious red color.
Fun to drive. Has a Balupunkt tube woofer.

Has great acceleration, good braking, great handling. Has
only needed one repair due to an accident. Doesn't squeak
or rattle. Has good interior and exterior styling. Has good
fuel mileage and is generally low-cost to maintain. Is fun to

* Performance - handling is superb, acc and braking is average
* Build Quality - minor squeaks and rattles, but overall its good
* Appearance - i love it
* Cost of Ownership - gas mileage is somewhat expensive, maintenance as good as nil
* Fun Factor -Sure its fun

performance is good, though it's not a very fast car. built quality is good, it oesnt fall apart, and does not need a lot of treatments. gas milage is very high - 1/14, manual gear, which makes it fun to drive.Jan 22, 2009

Honestly, don't buy this car. Petrol consumption is high and performances sux. Champagne Gold Colour doesn't look good on Getz. Avoid this colour. The only thing good this because of its compact size, I cut lanes like a illegal speed car racer. That was the only fun part about driving Getz. Jan 08, 2009

I love my car because i can thrash it when i want and i can do whatever i want to it. ive already put in a system and got a personalised number plate. im gonna get seat covers and rims and tint and exhaust. then it will have the full potential for 'Getztc" its kinda like extacy haha. these cars are great for a 1st car!!Nov 18, 2008

Love the drive, its compact but comfortable certainly value for money. The car performs well around town but sometimes struugkes to find the righty gear especially when it has to work harder going up a hill. Sometimes the petrol consumption is more than expected, but it does a loy of town driving.Sep 21, 2008

The Pick up of the car is really amazing and top speed I have driven it is 160. I will say only 1 draw backs i.e. the tray in the trunk makes alot of noise .
Its a small car but gives a feeling of a big car .

Mine was a test-car in a dealership, and despite that, i havent found any problems with it, except the central locking sistem going mad sometimes, leaving all passenger and boot doors locked, but not the driver one, so it isnt that terrible.
Its the 1.6 (gasoline) with a 4 speed auto box, this version in particular isnt very economical, the gearbox loves to let the engine rev a lot, if your doing 100 kph in the highway, you have to be extremely gently with the gas -wich by the way is very light- if no, it WILL downchange to third.
Being small and quite light, its eeeeasy to drive in the city, avoiding everything that appears like dogs, ciclist, motorbikes, buses, crazy taxis etc.
