2004 elise 135R Absolutely superb ! there are faster cars in the world but the cornering speeds of an elise on semi-slicks are mind blowing. If you are expecting comfort, forget it. If you want to achieve rediculous speeds on winding country roads or for a track toy get one !Apr 11, 2010

just not an everyday car - fun to drive,gorgeous when
u look at it,u just cant hold from falling in love with it
:D the only problem is that u REALLY need a
second/third car to move around. oh,and parking can
be a bit of a problem,ehrn someone is parked in front
- not even an SUV but a usual sedal lets say - then

This car is awesome. It is just plain stupid fast, and really fun to drive. I got to drive one for a bit in boston and I had a blast. It is also one of the coolest looking cars I have ever seen. I cant wait to get a chance to drive one againJul 30, 2008

There should be a rating for smile/grin factor, it would be 10/unbelievable. When I first drove one at sped around a corner, it just kept on sticking to the road, and in the wet, once you have perfected it, you can quite easily drift it, good fun around roundabouts. The only downside is the stone chips you get at the front and sides due to it being so low.Jul 23, 2008

Amazing car, not the most well built but who cares. I might not be as fast as say a Lambo but is still faster then any other car, and the handling is a dream. It is a straight rack and pinion set so there is no assisted steering. This car can turn on a dime. Along with steering is also brakes, if you barely tap on the brakes you will be stop faster then you can blink.Jun 04, 2008

The Lotus has no frills. It has no power steering, no electric windows and no traction control. But it handles amazing. This car is pure driving pleasure. My car is a 2004 111R which has 180 bhp and is a limited edition with the gold wheels all round. May 06, 2008
