The performance is great. The build quality is solid. The appearance is gorgeous. The gas mileage is good. The acceleration, braking, and handling is amazing. It does not need repairs. There is no squeaks or rattles. this is a really good car to drive. I do recommend this car to a friend because its really fun.
August 13, 2008Nothing but an intake and a muffler, and still one of the most go-kart cars I've ever had the chance to drive. Absolutely phenomenal. Such a light car, it stops and accelerates with such little effort, it's actually hard to drive smoothly 'till you've been in it for a little while.

May 15, 2011Not crazy fast. Just sticks to the road like glue. Have 200+ more horses. You'll have to turn sooner or later.. I can wait. As the car weighs all of 1900lbs. the interior leaves something to be desired. Every imperfection of the road is felt. However, do to the weight, this is one of the best handling cars in the world and a blast to drive through twisties.
January 4, 2008was voted best handling car in the world for a reason and i belive it. The Lotus Elise is a two-seat midengine roadster available in one trim level. The interior is understandably spartan, and the standard air-conditioning can be deleted to save even more weight. Several options packages, such as the Touring Package and Sport Package, offer a bit of customization. To maximize protection, a hardtop roof is available as a stand-alone option
August 6, 2008performance could of always been a little more, but it sure makes up for it in corners and looks. all lotus cars dont seem to loose money like mainstream cars. but you will always modify one and that can easyly spirral into a money pitt. but i hope i never have to sell it.
August 9, 2008This car is amazing. It has amazing handling, braking, and the acceration is great too. It is a blast to drive. Its not that expensive for an exotic.
January 8, 2008Right..so once you have managed to clamber inside this super go-kart your ok..Turn the key and off we go and BOY!! does it go!! I was really surprised by how quick this car accelerates. Power-sliding was fun too as the track was a bit slippery ;-)
July 5, 2008The Lotus Elise is a pretty sweet car for the money, looks expensive, but is no more than a base model corvette, not bad if u want a car that not everyone has and will stand out in a crowd. Biggest problem with this car is the getting in and out part, I'm short as it is and its still a pain i the ass to get in and out. Also there isn't anything too fancy anout the interior, pretty much aluminum.
January 9, 2008good gear transmission of manual transmission and nice solid turbo engine, very boosty booster, good spoiler which can handle nitrous very solidly, and a nice engine cooler that can handle turbo engines
