The car is in pretty good shape for age, looked like it was prepped before I came to look at it with a pool of water off the AC under it. Check engine light came on pretty quick into the drive, Im just not willing to deal so I left itJul 18, 2024

I had a 2005 for four years. If I was not able to do regular maintenance and minor repairs on it, I would not recommend it for the owner who is not mechanically adept enough to do repairs. It is an outstanding vehicle with lots of great features but needs constant care. Unfortunately, the hydraulic timing chain adjuster on mine came loose out of the block which caused the timing to slip which damaged the pistons. It was a sad day when I sold it for parts. The top of the line Rover is comfortable and great looking. The supercharged V8 gives more than adequate power to give the large vehicle plenty of pep. The 04 Westminster Editon has really nice interior trim. The RR has been very reliable. Apr 25, 2015

I love the Luxury in this Car. Its a Head turner Especially Since it Has Those 24's. What A strong Engine it has! Interior is so nice and AC is ICE cold! The Suede Headliner is So nice Words cant Describe.Oct 17, 2014

This truck looks awesome! It is very stylish and certainly an attention magnet. The problem with these trucks is with the engine, transmission and suspension. One if not all of these things will eventually go up on you, and when they do it's not going to be cheap. Let's say you spend 14k for one of these, when the engine goes up, to replace it used, it will cost you 12k. Same thing with the transmission, but slightly less. The thing about these trucks is that they all have the same problems, so you can anticipate these repairs. Many people don't even fix them, so you will find people selling them with bad engines or transmissions for a bag of peanuts. Now the suspension system was just poorly designed. The suspension system is tied into the airbags of the car; so when you have to fix the suspension system, you have to take the airbags out. Now some people got around this by replacing the factory suspension system with an after market system. It's the same suspension system a expedition truck will have; but even this cost about 3k.Apr 18, 2013

Reliable car. Need a gas card all the time. Dependable other then the gas. I have taken on several business trips. Thus far minimal problems. I would consider getting another Range Rover in the future with little resistance. Thats it folks.Feb 10, 2013

Yes that was lower case for the other car
manufacturers. No such thing as a snow storm in this
monster. Caution Range Rovers are not for the weak
pocketed. They can break you. Don't go and buy one
for the badge. You'll find your Rover parked due to

It is the most comfortable SUV I have ridden so far. It surpasses the ride quality of both our X5's and our other SUVs. The only quirk is that it uses far too much gas and maintenance can get costly.Sep 13, 2009

Hell of a car with a great built-in computer that does all modern day calculations. But the hydrolic system is not suitable for all roads.
It feels good when driving such cars and won't disappoint the driver's taste. Nothing much to add.....Sep 01, 2009

the suv is a very nice but if u want to be driving a rental more then ur rover dont get the rover it will break down all the time the price of it isnt bad at all but u can have a aweet g class or a any fast car for the price of an rover but the car is good to make it look sweetAug 20, 2008

Driving this range rover is like being in heaven, from
the handling to the bmw built 4.4L V8 performance
engine, but this quality comes at a price, not only is
the original sticker price high, but service costs after
the fact are high, and the car dosent "last' very well.
After several years, parts begin to wear out and service
charges build up. But if you have money to blow, then
