Its a nice car as for gas mileage and when its a Manuel shift that makes it more fun to drive. Its a Toyota on top of that which spells dependability. Would love to have one of these myself. Great car.Dec 01, 2021

I really like how it handles. You never feel like you can't take that curve. Acceleration is crisp and responsive. Braking is good. The Toyota Celica is a great car for a fun spin around town and surprisingly, it is good on fuel. You can use it to commute without breaking the bank.Dec 15, 2014

For a relatively inexpensive used car, it is a good buy. I broke the manual transmission when I was younger because of stupid driving, and replacement was 1600 dollars (paid a dealer. Stupid on me). Aside from that, maintenance has been gratefully inexpensive and have had the pleasure of owning this car for 6 years with little issues. Strong engine, strong brakes and currently at 150k miles.
Getting older so the loud, small, show offy car may be out of my style now, but I still love her nonetheless and when she goes caput, its gonna be hard to say goodbye.Aug 19, 2014

I love this car. I love the looks, the ride, the fuel economy, and the reliability. Toyota has had a bad rep recently, but my '03 Celica has never had a major problem. She's always been able to safely get me from point A to point B. I highly recommend this car.Mar 15, 2014

the car is a good reliable car or atleast it was been acting weird since 100,000 hit but I'm sure it will pass handles great not very fast and gets aweful gas milage for not being so fast but other then that good carJan 10, 2014

The feeling you get when your driving this car so low to the ground is pretty awesome. Knowing you get great gas mileage makes you step on the gas pedal a little harder getting that VVT-I engine work for the speed.Jul 12, 2013

performance- quick but definately needs a turbo
Build quality- definately done right
Appearance- celica is a good looking car to begin with but it helps to have a TRD body kit and engine in it
Cost of ownership- really doesnt cost that much to repair anything, i have blown out the clutch once and had to replace it and it wasnt quite as bad as i thought
Fun Factor- i like having ppl ride in the car and grab the side bc of how scared they are and how they didnt think the car would be that fastMar 09, 2012

Love, Love, Love it...Great MPG, alot of fun. Its a coupe for a reason though, no more then 2 people. Quick as hell but not much high end power. Handling is tight and she hauls ass. Great Car EveryoneJan 30, 2011

The exterior is sporty looking and the interior is very spacious for being such a small car. The gas mileage is outstanding with 29 mpg city. The car is not the fastest in the world but it has enough to pass people however the handling is superb making the car very fun to drive.Apr 03, 2010

I wanted one for years, and I LOVE it. 180 horse out of a 1.8L engine, even if I rarely use the last 40. The only thing that bugs me is that in the summer I can hear my shifter linkage squeak when my windows are down and I just haven't gotten around to lubing it yet. I've only changed the oil and the tires so maintenance costs are very low. I love winding it up to 140 in fourth gear. No governor either, LOL.Jun 29, 2009

Fun car to drive. I love the look inside and out. Mileage is above average about 30 mpg. Has a great engine but would like to do upgrades. Braking and handling is great. Off the line it's a lil slow but great for freeway racing.May 28, 2009

The Celica is my first ever car, and i abslutely love it. It handles amazingly, has a lot of power, and gets 33 MPG. I havn't had any problems with it this year other than just normal brake pad replacement or soemthing like that. My only real disatisfaction is that i wish i got a stick shift instead of automatic. Performance - Handles great, really tight cornering. Could use more power, especially down low.
Quality - Toyota, that's all you need to know.
Appearance - 18"'s, CF hood, TRD wing and kit. gets glances.
Cost of ownership - minimal maintenance. Gas mileage is as good as you can expect from a 1.8L engine.
Fun factor - extreme.

Beautiful car, I love the build, it's got fuel efficiency for
the current gas situation. It's a stick so it moves
depending on its driver. Very affordable car absolutely
love it. The balance rods in the car makes winding
roads easy. The resale value of the car is completely
off the scale, it almost sells for how much it's worth.
With a little work, this car makes a really nice 4

Really fast took one on a test drive and almost maxed it out 230 km/h and no speed restrictors and thats the way i love it and its comfortable it handles well at high speeds and lots you can do with them. They come in a six speed.Mar 13, 2008

This is a 2003 Toyota Celica GT-S. This car gets 30 mpg, has a 6 spd., handling is great, when it hits 6000 RPM it really goes.
For the money I don't know how you could find a car that is more fun to drive.Apr 06, 2007
