This is a really good car. It accelerates well, it has good braking, and it handles really good. Chevrolet built it well because there are no leaks, squeaks, and it is reliable. It was designed well and it is comfortable to ride in. It was fairly fuel efficient but still fun to drive. Got around 33MPG with it. Should have kept it and not got the Rendezvous!Jul 07, 2011

i wish itt went faster, no really, it dont go past 170km/h and to tell you the truth, i wish it went maybe, 25 more kms. but beyond that its acceleration is perfect. not to mention handling!
the interior is nice. but i dont like the beige colour. i might add some dark in it. the exterior colour as well. the original paint is great. not too much rust at all.
fun factor: i "accidently" jumped a dirt pile on the road in a construction zone and went flying. amazingly nothing broke. i was lucky. as much as it was fun i dont think i will do that again.

I love this car. It's great on gas and definitely has great power, for a v6. Very reliable too. Everything's good about this car, just a small paint issue near the gas door. Seems to be a malibu issue, it has rusting near it. Rest of the paint is still good. Only issue I have is the lack of any 'good' aftermarket stuff. Did add clear parking light covers, and it has an aftermarket spoiler on the trunk. But not too much out there that doesn't make it look like a ricer. Jul 11, 2009

A very Nice Car with great acceleration and braking. The handling is great and can turn on a dime. It has had a few problems, such as the ABS doesn't work and the engine light comes on from time to time but it doesn't affect driving. It's a nice looking car both inside and out. It gets around 20 MPG which is not great but is ok for a '01.Jul 01, 2008

front wheel drive push rod v6 engine. got a nice kick and handles fairly well. Still not a sports car and noot one I plan to keep. Gas milage isn't the best either.Jun 29, 2008

2001 Chevy Malibu LS series with cd player and sound system built in. Air Condition and heating. 16 gallon tank. Cruise Control. Automatic Seats in front. Automatic Windows and locks. Nice comfy seating. gets good gas mileage. Anti-lock breaks.Jun 10, 2008

Electrical functions in the dash seem to be a week link on this model.

Have this car from when I lived 2 states away to drive back and forth to home...never had any major problems with it other than ripping the front bumper off getting alittle to wild on some dirt roads...Mar 10, 2008

I hate driving this car, but it is pretty fast for a stock sedan, and very practical. It has had normal wear and tear but still rips pretty good. Its really good for a front wheel drive car for drifting in the snow.Jan 29, 2008
