Keeps running with very low maintanence. very tolerant to abuse...my poort little car. Acceleration is quite good in the class. Handling and cornering abilities should be best in class. A/C is quite good. Speakers are the best I have heard in budget to mid range cars.
July 31, 2009no oil leaks saves 33 miles per gallon engine performs well all year round. This vehicle is very dependable, I go out of town almost every other weekend and have never had any issues with vehicle. Strongly recomend vehicle to friends and family!
June 17, 2009I've been the owner of this car for a little over a year now, and I must say it is a pretty neat car to drive. The d16y7 motor only puts out around 107hp stock, but with the upgrades I have, I'd say it's more around 125-130. Since the car is so light, with no power steering or air conditioning to slow it down, it accelerates is quite good, as well as the braking. The handling is good as well with the Tein lowering spring i put in. The car looks great too, with the HIDs and 15inch rims. You can't go wrong with the gas mileage either. It takes about 20 dollars to fill my tank, depending on the price of gas of course. It's an overall fun car to drive, and I would recommend it if you get one in good condition.

February 6, 2009This is one the best cars I have driven in a long time. It has lots of horse power for its size. Great on gas! I am getting 42mpg highway and 38mpg city! That is if I can keep myself from redlining it at every red light. I would suggest this car to almost anyone.

December 20, 2013I love my car! It looks really nice cause it's been taken care of, the gas mileage is great, and it's fun to drive. I wish it had a bigger engine then the little four- cylinder.. but I can live I suppose haha! It's not riced out which makes it the best!
January 18, 2010I bought this car new off the lot in 1999 and I have driven it everyday since. Outside of regular maintenance it has not been in the shop once for mechanical issues.
March 15, 2008fast acceleration and on the dime stop brakes. smaller car so easier handling. sturdy body. about 40 MPG and easy maintenance and havent had any major issues. Fun car to drive. it has been reliable for me the entire time I have had it. I have had to put virtually no money in this car and it always seems to run perfectly, low purchase price, decent styling.
April 22, 2010Good dependable car with a humming engine and great gas mileage. What I hate is the lack of manual transmission in mine. And a coupe would be more fun. Overall Charlotte (as I call her) is a great little car. Overall this is a great car for first time drivers.
