1994 Lexus ES Reviews, Pricing & Specs

My Lexus had 220k on it and never had a serious problem, I put the last 20 on myself, and I am hard on cars. It looks so nice for being so old, everyone thought it was a 2000 or newer and its a friggin 94. It was beautiful on the inside too, with nice leather heated seats, and all Lexus' come with a more than decent stereo, although my mom blew mine out listening to her Korn, but whatever. I shared this car with my sister throughout my high school years. My mustang was in the shop often (usually by choice instead of necessity). The ride was soooo smooth and comfortable, the wheel too no effort to turn but there was no hint or inkling of performance in this 175 horsepower sedan. My sister still owns the car (it is currently april of 2008) and the car has only needed a new AC compressor in the nearly 8 years she has driven it.Apr 10, 2008

We bouth lexus for our daughter as very first car one year ago , with 117000ml on it.She did more than 10000 miles with no problems.The main reasons we bouth this car were safety,very good visability around for a driver ,handling, price and Lexus name we are using and trust for a long time.I replace Lexus stereo with Kenwood DPX701 ,looks and sounds very nice,she can use her IPOD with it. We looked for about 3 months for a good deal on a used Lexus and found a 1994 es 300 5 years ago for around $7,000. As our Lexus is used primarily as a secondary vehicle, it does not get the major wear and tear of our whole family traveling in it. As a car for my wife to go to and from her job 5 days a week and run errands on the weekends, it has been perfect. Overall, it has been extremely reliable even with over 160,000 miles on it. We have had to have no major work done other the routine maintanence normally required for all automobiles, until just this year when the air conditioning motor burnt out. Other than that we plan to keep it for a while longer as the note is paid and the insurance continues to go down.May 06, 2007
