February 12, 2008The speed, the sound, the looks. The solid engine is great for modifying, where easy gains are to be had. Fairly rare at the same time and does not go wrong, well yet. 25mpg, 250hp, great mid-engined rear wheel drive for peanuts.

July 16, 2009Most fun car I have ever owned. Nothing takes a corner quite like a mid-engine RWD car. Not many options on these but its a 2 seater sports car, so you can't expect much for creature comforts. This car comes with two different engine options. One a 2.2L naturally aspirated engine, and the other a 2.0L turbocharged engine. Both models are fun but the real fun and tuning potential comes from the 2.0L engine. Highly recommend to anyone who knows how to drive, and I don't mean just anyone with a license.
March 14, 2008Performance: Just right, Slow enough to cruise but quick enough to be a bit of fun. Brakes very good, handles nicely. Build Quality: Very Good. Appearance: Very Nice. Cost of Ownership: Seems thirsty but that is down to small fuel tank. Fun Factor: Lots.
October 10, 2010What an amazing little car for the money, I love all fast japenese cars the never let you down. I had this car in a 2 liter GTI and it was so much fun abd i would love to drive the turbo or twin turbo version as this car is a great drive. the only thing it needs is a LSD
August 6, 2009Amazing handling, with the N/A engine the performance is a bit lacking, but more than enough to have lots of fun. Great reliability, and an absolute blast to drive! If you know how to drive, and like having fun while driving then get an MR2
October 28, 2010performance-good acceleration good brakes handles very well but when the back end goes its gone build quality-its a toyota enough said apperance- not the nicest car in the world but nice to me inside cost of ownership-expensive when brakes but no to often fun factor-good for launching of the line n racin not the best drift car but can be done
June 15, 2009This car is an amazing car!! It handles like a dream and its a style icon from the 90s! It is great in the summer when you can take off the roof and go topless!!!! It's real head turner (when its clean!!)
January 26, 2008The motor is getting an upgrade as the standard 2L toesnt do it fot me any more, I am putting a 3s-gte motor in wich is a turbo motor capeble of almost 160kw standard on the flywheel. The interior is stil stock standarde wich is good enough coz it has a real sporty feel to it. The wheels are a set of 17" momo's that I had imported to fit the car, in the front it runs on 205/45/17 anr the rear on 215/40/17. The reason for this is because it is a mid engined rear wheel drive car.
