Car handled well even though it was not quick on acceleration. but that isn't why I bought it. The money I saved each month on gas made the car payments. In the 8 years I drove the car the only maintenance I did was change the oil without fail and bought four 12" tires once. I loved the car and everyone else made fun of it, calling it the "Blue Shoe" When they say they cannot build a fuel efficient car, they are full of it. With today's gas prices I'd love to have my car back. May 02, 2011

Good gas mileage. . .the only nice thing I have to say about that car. Other than that it was 55 horse power of powder blue ugliness. Was supposed to use it for commuting to school but the transmission started to go after driving it there once.Jul 03, 2009

I have the Geo and a 2007 Kia. I only use the Kia when I go on long trips, because it is more comfortable than the Geo, but the Geo is more fun, and the gas mileage is great.May 04, 2008
