Not many left on the road but still see a few here and there. Still a very stylish body for its age. Had to replace the 5-speed transmission due to a part failure, had a few engine problems which took a while to sort out, but engine is still strong and could last another 125k miles. Car is comfortable to drive long distances as the front seats are all way adjustible. It is a heavy car and rides well on the highway and gets great highway mileage.Jul 16, 2012

I bought this for the CASH Price ,n, the Engine size, having owned a siniliar same sized engine in my Berratta.I was/am familiar with the different engine parts replacement work ,n, I WAS going to be having a FAMILY for it. The engine PLACEMENT makes it good for driving in the SNOW, with the engine Weight over the Front tires.Dec 22, 2010

210 HP V6 engine with Supercharger and 24 values and double
overhead cam was the fastest and best handling car I had owned at the
time. A real fun car to drive with great acceleration and cornering. Had
a very European styling look to it. Bad brake pedal slider design meant
excessive front brake wear and multiple replacements due to the rear
brake seizing up (in effect giving you front wheel braking only) because
of corrosion from winter road salt in my area. The problem was finally
rectified with the installation of stainless steel slider rods on all four
wheels. Th only other problem was the replacement of the alternator
twice because of bad placement at the back of the engine were it
received very little cooling. Apparently this was corrected on later
models with the introduction of a cooling duct.Jun 23, 2010

I dislike the radio and the air conditioner. The performance is absolutely perfect, this car can go up to 40 m/h in 4 seconds, its very fun to drive this car, specially in highways. You should try one of this pontiac grandprix.Feb 28, 2010

Not a bad car. very throaty exhaust and not a real bad build quality either. although the door handles are not the best.

It's mean Awasome And I Love It. With Overdrive You Can Fly In This Thing. Just Watch for The 5.0. It Picks Up speed Fast. Just Kepp The oil changed and the engine tuned and you will Be Fine. These are The Only car's I Drive On The Road. It's Built For The highway. Yes The highway. I Mean the 400 Series. it was a switch from km/h to m/ph cuse the speed is digital.Feb 12, 2009

I bought this in 1989 when it was 6 months old with 10,000 miles on it. I now have 346,000 miles on it. It's my daily driver and the engine runs great. I have had the transmission rebuilt and for some reason it has gone through four alternators since I've owned it. I get an average city/hwy mileage of 25 mpg with the 3.1 V6. It still does not burn oil (I've changed the oil every 3 - 4,000 miles). Interior was totally modified by Tim's Auto Upholstery in Duluth, GA. He did an awesome job (a real pro). It's not as fun as my 2006 GTO, but it's good for daily driving.Nov 18, 2008

The term "rode hard..put away wet" best describes this truck..there is no where that my hubby has not taken this truck..it has been hunting, shopping, bogging, climbing, chased horses, sheep. the only thing it hasn't done yet is been on its side or roof..has put up with years of hard driving and still makes an effort..seems to run better now while pulling a full load...ugly does not describe it but it has character,,,Hubby put glowing eyes into the ram head..looks pretty cool.Jul 26, 2008

I loved this car. It was absolutely my favorite. It was mostly basic but had a digital dash and premium stereo. It was a 2 door and was so fun to drive. I loved the interior and the ride was very comfortable.Jul 10, 2008

My grand Prix Le with the 2.8L i payed 25 bucks for it and fixed it up ive been driving it for just under a year and it has never messed a beat even with 215,000 on it.

This car was superperformant!! the 2.8 L engine had enough torque to pik-up that hood. This lil V6 was very well made never broke down and was super secure and well designed. With only one manufacturer problem that was never fixed thats why it was lost. Feb 13, 2008
