This car is a very good car for everyday use, very reliable and not the slowes on the road. There are no luxuries such as power steering, central locking or air con, however it does have all the needed things to get from A to B or even further.Aug 07, 2010

I loved this car.. his name was Hagrid and brought me everywheren
Speedy when needed, relabile, a disel that new to drive on pretty nothing.
A bit of cost for repairing but not exagerating, the clasic look make you feel like part of a club.

Build quality was excellent, and the engine was unbreakable, you'd wreck the car before you could wreck the engine. and the sound was the most amazing that I've ever heard. spent most of my money on this baby, and never regretted it. fun factor out of 10 (7 out of 10)May 21, 2009

this car is very solid. He is undestructible. he is very old but he is in such good conditio that you cant believe it. it has good acceleration, very good handling and good brakes. it is very good car for those who has a small budget because maintenance for this car is very cheap.Feb 20, 2009

My homely little blue Golf. You could stuff an entire Genx apartment in that thing and still get 25 miles to the gallon while you moved. As a bare bones car, nothing ever went wrong. I got 180k miles on the thing and only had to replace the door handles. ...at least 2 times each. When the steering rack finally snapped at Wal Mart at mile number 182,008, I knew it was time to die.
